Profile of management study program graduates, namely management graduates who have competencies in the fields of HR, Marketing, Finance and Operations as well as implementation in the application of these competencies.

MANAGER

Have expertise in applying concepts and theories of management principles, have professional and ethical leadership and have sensitivity to science and technology and the environment, able to analyze and respond to economic changes that occur both at home and abroad. Graduates are expected to be able to apply management and business principles and concepts in managing, leading and developing organizations both profit-oriented and non-profit to achieve economic and social goals. Apart from that, graduates are expected to be able to identify the dynamics of the internal and external environment in making strategic decisions

SCIENTIST "BUSINESS ANALYST AND CONSULTANT"

Graduates are expected to be able to analyze, evaluate and develop organizations using management and business principles, concepts. Have the ability to identify current economic, management, accounting and business problems and design formulas/solutions to these economic problems, as well as being able to analyze the causes and effects of economic and business issues that are currently occurring both at home and abroad. Apart from that, graduates are expected to be able to conduct research in the business field, to solve problems faced by organizations

ENTREPRENEUR

Graduates are expected to be entrepreneurs. Have high integrity and be able to see business opportunities, have the ability to think innovatively, be honest, be responsible and have high optimism to continue to develop. As founders of start-up companies, graduates are able to map prospective business gaps and potential, realize start-up ideas technically, and master the managerial aspects of business development and sustainability.
