Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program (MBKM) is a program launched by the Minister of Education and Culture which aims to encourage students to master various sciences to prepare them for entering the world of work. The Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) is an implementation of President Joko Widodo's vision and mission to create superior human resources. In its implementation, through the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM), students get the opportunity for 1 (one) semester (equivalent to 20 credits) to study outside the study program at the same university and take a maximum of 2 semesters or the equivalent of 40 credits. learning on the same study program at different universities, learning on different study programs at different universities; and/or learning outside of higher education. So, students will indirectly be invited to learn how to live in a community environment. Basically, this policy aims to introduce students to the world of work from an early age so that they are much more ready to work after graduating from college. Minister Nadiem has basically created a breakthrough that will encourage students to be able to study for two semesters outside campus.
